Welcome to the www.quickertrade.com B2B trading platform and/or the Quickertrade mobile app. Please read all ‘Terms & Conditions, Terms and Policies’. These ‘Terms & Conditions, Terms and Policies’ govern your usage and access of the Platform (as defined within each document) and the usage of the Services.

By accessing the Platform and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these ‘Terms & Conditions, Terms and Policies’. If you do not agree to these ‘Terms & Conditions, Terms and Policies’, do not access and/or use this Platform or the Services.

Access to and use of password-protected and/or secure areas of the Platform and/or use of the Services are restricted to Quickergroup Limited Customers with accounts only. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to such parts of this Platform and/or Services, or to any other protected information, through any means not intentionally made available by Quickergroup Limited or any of its platform(s) or website(s) for your specific use. A breach of this provision may be an offense under:

• The Law on Cybersecurity 2018 of Vietnam.
• The Data Protection Act 2018 of the United Kingdom (UK).
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016 of the European Union (EU).
• The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) 2003 of the United Kingdom (UK).

Companies Authorized to Trade on Quickergroup Limited Platforms

1. Eligibility Criteria for Companies

1.1 Vietnamese Companies: To trade on any Quickergroup Limited platform, marketplace or website, companies based in Vietnam must be duly registered at the Companies House Vietnam. It is required that these companies provide valid registration details and comply with all Vietnamese legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations. Any company failing to meet these registration requirements will not be permitted to use the platform, marketplace or website.

1.2 Companies Outside Vietnam: Companies whose base of operations is outside Vietnam are not eligible to trade on any Quickergroup Limited platform, marketplace or website. This restriction is enforced to ensure compliance with local regulations and to maintain the integrity of the trading environment on Quickergroup Limited platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s). https://companieshouse.vn/ and/ or https://dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn/vn/Pages/Trangchu.aspx

1.3 United Kingdom Companies: Companies based in the United Kingdom must be registered at the Companies House – GOV.UK. Such companies are required to provide valid registration details and adhere to all relevant UK laws and regulations. Non-compliance with these requirements will result in the company being barred from using any Quickergroup Limited platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s). https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/

2. Quickergroup Limited’s Rights and Responsibilities

2.1 Suspension and Investigation: Quickergroup Limited reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice, hold payments, and conduct investigations if there is a suspicion of a breach of these terms. During such suspension or investigation, Quickergroup Limited may hold goods in transit if a breach of terms is suspected.

2.2 Reporting Non-Compliance: If a company is found not meeting the necessary registration or compliance requirements, Quickergroup Limited reserves the right to report such companies to the relevant authorities. This action will be taken to ensure that all trading activities on the Platform meet the required legal standards.

2.3 Liability for Losses: Quickergroup Limited will not be liable for any loss of funds that may occur during the suspension or investigation process. Companies should be aware that any funds or transactions involved during these periods are at their own risk.

3. Enforcement of Terms

3.1 Termination of Accounts: Failure to adhere to the eligibility criteria and other terms set forth may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the company’s account. Quickergroup Limited holds full discretion over account management and enforcement of these terms.

3.2 Compliance with Laws: All companies trading on Quickergroup Limited platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s) are expected to fully comply with the applicable laws and regulations governing their operations. Failure to do so may result in sanctions including but not limited to account suspension, investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Prohibition on External Communications

4.1 Restriction on External Communication: Communication between companies and Quickergroup Limited representatives or between companies on Quickergroup Limited platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s) via email, phone, or any other method outside of Quickergroup Limited platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s)  is strictly prohibited. All interactions related to business transactions, customer support, and other relevant communications must occur solely within the designated Quickergroup Limited platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s).

4.2 Enforcement and Penalties: Any breach of this communication restriction will be addressed with legal measures. Quickergroup Limited reserves the right to seek recovery of any lost commission rates, damages, or other financial losses incurred due to unauthorized external communications. This may include pursuing legal action to protect the interests of Quickergroup Limited and its platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s).

4.3 Monitoring of Chats: All chats conducted on Quickergroup Limited platform(s), marketplace(s) or website(s) are monitored for any mention or exchange of connection information, including but not limited to email addresses, telephone numbers, and messaging services such as LINE and WhatsApp IDs. This monitoring is in place to ensure compliance with the communication restrictions and to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

4.4 Consequences of Unauthorized Information Sharing: Sharing or soliciting contact information through unauthorized channels will result in immediate action by Quickergroup Limited. This may include account suspension, termination, and legal recourse to recover damages and lost revenue.
