When using a Quickergroup Service (by example, creating a store, the creation of a login username, vouchers, Quickertrade e-Wallet and cards, or any application provided through our website trade hubs) you accept the guidelines, terms, policies and agreements applicable to that Quickergroup Service (“Terms & Conditions”). Should these Terms & Conditions be inconsistent with any Service terms located at www.quickerhub.com, then the Terms specified at Quickerhub will control.

Quickergroup respectfully requests, all users review the ‘Privacy Policy’ also located at the bottom of this page, which governs the use of Quickergroup Services and allows for a greater understanding to all users, companies, affiliates and employees on Quickertrade.com.

If using any Quickergroup Services, or you communicate with Quickergroup International via e-mails, texting and any form of communication that may include VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) or telephone call from a desktop or mobile device, then you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from any of Quickergroup Services, such as e-mails, text messages, mobile push notices, or notices and messages through Quickertrade, which may include ‘Live Chat’ facility, retaining copies of these communications for your personal records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically meet legal conditions, are in writing and applicable to such communications.

COPYRIGHT

Content made available at any Quickergroup Service, like graphics, logos, icons, button icons, images, films, audio, digital downloads, software and text remain the sole property of Quickergroup or that of its content suppliers and is covered under UK, USA, Vietnam and international laws governing copyright. The assembled content on Quickertrade or any Quickergroup Service is the exclusive property of Quickergroup International Ltd and is protected by UK, USA, Vietnam and international laws

TRADEMARKS

In addition but not restricted, all logos, graphics, scripts, service names and page headers included or made available on any Quickergroup Service are trade dress (sometimes referred to as ‘Branding’) of Quickergroup in the UK, USA, Vietnam and other countries. Quickergroup International Ltd does not consent to the use of our trade dress in connection with any product or service, which is not directly related to any Quickergroup Services in a manner that could cause confusion among users, customers, visitors and through general surfing of the internet or in any way denigrates or discredits us. All other trademarks that appear on any Quickergroup Services including this website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Quickergroup International Ltd.
