P.A.V.E application (Hereinafter Referred to as “Quickergroup”) for the “
P.A.V.E” Application (version: 1.00.00) Quickergroup provides the
P.A.V.E application.
This application enables Quickergroup to process your data as part of your use of the
P.A.V.E application in accordance with legal regulations.
General: The data submitted will be collected, processed, and used by Quickergroup for the purpose of processing the contract in the context of verifying your details and company. To a level as is required for processing the contract, the data may be transferred internally to departments and platform(s) associated with Quickergroup International. By accepting these terms and conditions, the data will be analysed for the purposes of promoting your company on any Quickergroup platform, website or promotion
(Note: if legally entitled to data by lawful law enforcement agencies, this data will be surrendered).
The data will be collected, processed and used based solely on the applicable data protection regulations (e.g. with your consent), to ensure the availability of P.A.V.E to all Quickergroup platforms. Quickergroup will hold a hard copy version of this data at our Head office for a minimum period of 7 years from the termination date of trading with Quickergroup International online businesses and services [Located: Quickergroup International Head Office, London. United Kingdom]. (Hereinafter referred to as: “QT Office”) QT Office records and processes your personal data on behalf of all Quickergroup online businesses and services (on the basis of an agreement concerning commissioned data processing; if a QT Office is located outside of the UK and EU, then on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses) as required in order to process P.A.V.E. We will treat all of your data as strictly confidential, in accordance with statutory provisions.
How P.A.V.E Works: Starting a P.A.V.E application requires consent to these Terms of Use and to the Data Privacy Statement for this platform.
Data Collection, Processing, and Use of P.A.V.E: Quickergroup only stores personal data relating to users of P.A.V.E if consent for this has been given. Quickergroup uses this information to deploy promotional services for the user and reserve the right to use this data for Quickergroup International promotions. A successful P.A.V.E promotion uses web analytics service provided by Google.
By registering for P.A.V.E, the user is granting consent to Quickergroup to collect, process or use the personal data exclusively – unless otherwise agreed – for satisfying the contractual obligations arising from the user contract for P.A.V.E , and therefore within the scope of conclusion, performance or termination of this contract. Based on legal requirements, Quickergroup has enforced global, uniform, and internal data protection rules (the Binding Corporate Rules), which regulate the protection of personal data.

P.A.V.E Form – depending on content of the textbox, Quickergroup saves and uses data entered into the
P.A.V.E form and uses it for the purposes of individual communication with you. The data is stored and used solely for the purpose of processing
P.A.V.E and promoting Quickergroup. Your data is deleted once processing of your
P.A.V.E application has concluded, provided that this deletion does not conflict with any statutory duties to retain records or for the provision of services and trading on any Quickergroup platform.
The Data Subject’s Rights: Please note that, as the party concerned, you have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR):
